Our Elder Law practice encompasses many areas of legal practice that effect the senior and disabled population of our Central Oregon community. In our elder law practice we work with the client and the client’s family to create a comprehensive long-term care plan.
We regularly provide legal counsel for elderly and/or disabled clients and/or his or her representative to find the best solution to meet the needs and goals of the client.
This can involve Medicaid planning and assessment, guardianship and conservatorship, preparation of powers of attorneys, Advance Directives and other health care proxy documents and the creation and administration of special needs trusts.
In engaging in this type of planning for our clients, we also strive to connect clients with all available community resources and coordinate planning with a client’s other advisors such as financial planner and CPA’s. Having almost 30 years of experience in this area of law, we are well versed in the needs of our clients, the planning tools and resources available.
